CMM Programmer (Zeiss Calypso)TERM•Contract•3-6 Months, Possible temp to Perm Conversion.
LOCATION
_ East Bay Area ( Union City, CA area•WORK IS ONSITE
)SHIFT•Monday thru Friday, DAY shiftWe are seeking a CMM Programmer with experience Programming for Zeiss tools, using CALYPSO, in a role supporting precision manufacturing by developing and executing measurement programs that verify complex components. You will work closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure dimensional accuracy throughout production.PLEASE NOTE
•This is a TEMP role for a term of 3-6 months, but it does have the potential to convert to a direct hire/Perm employeeCreate, modify, and optimize CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso softwarePerform dimensional inspections on production and prototype partsInterpret engineering drawings, GD and T requirements, and customer specificationsDocument inspection results and communicate findings to engineering and production teamsMaintain CMM equipment, fixtures, and calibration standardsTroubleshoot measurement issues and recommend corrective actionsSupport continuous improvement efforts related to inspection processesCollaborate with cross functional teams to resolve quality concernsExperience and Education RequirementsHands on experience programming CMMs with Zeiss CalypsoStrong understanding of GD and T principles and blueprint interpretationBackground in precision machining, manufacturing, or quality assuranceAbility to analyze measurement data and identify trends or deviationsFamiliarity with metrology tools such as height gages, micrometers, and indicatorsHigh school diploma required; technical certificate or associate degree preferredStrong problem solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentPlease contact me immediately by applying here, emailing me at russ.holland@Cybercoders.com and we will discuss the details/the fit.
