Candidates should be ideally have experience in designing quality standards, inspecting material, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. Candidate will work with a team to implement quality measures. This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to achieve personal growth in an expanding operation. Responsibilities Maintain and enhance quality standards Maintain quality control systems Inspecting parts to ensure quality specifications are met Work with team to develop and implement controls and improvements Investigating and troubleshooting product issues To perform other such duties as generally correspond to the nature of the position and its level of responsibility Skills 5+ years of experience with hands on CMM Inspection Machines Knowledge of Calypso software for quality analysis a plus High proficiency in computer technology and system operations Knowledge of Aerospace standards a plus Knowledge and understanding of AS9100 and other Quality System requirements Knowledge of GD&T symbols a plus Knowledge of FAI (inspection and reporting) Benefits Benefits Eligibility on the 1st of the month following employment Medical Plan with option of PPO or HDHP Dental & Vision Plan option of PPO Company paid Life Insurance for Employee Company paid Uniforms after completion of probation period Paid Time Off Package - begin accruing PTO on first day of employment 401
