Full Job Description Job Summary Overview:
Ember LifeSciences (ELS) is a technology-centric company transforming the pharmaceutical cold-chain distribution through cutting-edge technology and data-driven solutions. ELS is currently in the pilot phase of product deployment and is looking for a motivated and experienced individual to support product testing, customer support, and customer order fulfillment operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an electronics or production background who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Responsibilities Perform bench testing of electronic products, including sensor setup, power-on testing, data output verification, and product shipping tests to validate performance in real-world shipping conditions. Conduct quality inspections of product assemblies following detailed work instructions Identify and report any anomalies during testing and inspection Prepare, package, and schedule outbound product shipments Handle and transport inventory, including the movement of product pallets between testing and shipping areas Support general warehouse activities such as pick/pack, shipping, and material handling Assist with final assembly checks and fulfillment of subscription-based, high-tech medical transport units Requirements and skills 1-3 years of experience in electronics testing, technical assembly, production, or warehouse/distribution roles Strong understanding of basic electronics or a background as an electronics technician is highly preferred Comfortable working in both lab and warehouse environments Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus Must not be entry-level; ideal candidates have hands-on industry experience Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Creative, process-oriented thinker who can adapt in a startup culture

Compensation Range:
