Beertender

Beertender approximately 8-14 hours a week at a family owned brewery.

Duties include:

customer interaction: greeting guests, engaging in conversation, providing beer recommendations beer service: pouring and serving beers, ensuring proper pouring techniques and presentation education: sharing knowledge about different beer styles, brewing processes, and our offerings cash handling: processing payments through POS and handling cash transactions maintenance: maintaining a clean and organized bar area including glassware, spills, general tidiness opening and closing: cleaning taproom, bathrooms, securing the space at night compliance: ensuring compliance with abc serving and safety guidelines Must be at least 21 and have availability Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Additional weekday availability is a plus. Hours will vary greatly. Some weeks will be more, some will be less. RBS Responsible Service Certification is a plus (if not, we will work with you to obtain one). No experience is needed. We are looking for a friendly person, who is willing to learn, willing to work (and do the not fun parts too like mopping!), be on time, be honest, and extend our "Cheers" type atmosphere!
