- Perform routine and non‑routine quality inspections on materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with PMI quality standards.
- Conduct in‑process checks, measurements, sampling, and testing following established SOPs and quality requirements.
- Accurately record, manage, and enter test data into digital systems; escalate deviations promptly.
- Support root‑cause investigations by gathering data, documenting issues, and assisting with corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure manufacturing lines meet compliance expectations. Who we're looking for
- Experience in manufacturing, quality control, laboratory testing, or another regulated environment.
- Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures, and documentation standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects, deviations, or abnormal conditions.
- Experience using measurement tools, inspection equipment, or quality data systems.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Basic comfort with computer systems for recording data (quality databases, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Fluent in English
- Legally authorized to work in the U.
