You will leverage your technical expertise in precision measurement and process auditing to drive continuous improvement and uphold our commitment to superior craftsmanship. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive inspections across the entire production lifecycle, from raw materials to finished goods. Validate product dimensions and tolerances using advanced metrology tools like micrometers, calipers, and height gauges. Maintain meticulous quality documentation, including nonconformance reports and inspection records, to ensure full traceability. Analyze manufacturing processes to identify potential defects and spearhead root cause investigations. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) that reduce rework and scrap. Champion quality initiatives such as 5S and Lean methodologies to optimize operational efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory quality management systems. Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing quality role. Proven ability to interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical specifications. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and basic computer documentation software. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail-oriented problem solving. Preferred Skills Associate degree or technical certification in a related engineering or manufacturing field.
