What You'll Be Doing Perform final visual inspections of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies to verify compliance with customer and company standards. Identify defects, document findings, and ensure all quality requirements are met prior to shipment. Review work orders, inspection reports, and production documentation for accuracy and completeness. Utilize measuring and inspection tools such as magnifiers, microscopes, and testing equipment as needed. Communicate quality concerns with production and quality teams to support continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, electronics assembly, or quality inspection experience preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and inspection criteria. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic computer skills and experience documenting inspection results. Ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
