Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quality Control Inspector and become a vital part of ensuring the highest standards in potato packing excellence! In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously inspecting products, verifying compliance with industry standards, and maintaining rigorous quality systems. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to precision will help uphold our reputation for delivering top-quality products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced measurement tools and quality management systems, contributing directly to the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Duties Conduct detailed quality inspections using USDA guidelines to ensure products meet specified tolerances. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP and other regulatory requirements during all inspection processes. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and reporting purposes. Support quality assurance initiatives by participating in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Experience Proven experience in potato inspection for food production. Familiarity with USDA scoring guidelines Strong understanding of FDA regulations and HACCP principles guidelines to ensure product safety and compliance. Proficiency in math calculations, organizational skills Demonstrated ability to perform data collection, analysis skills, and conduct quality audits effectively. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong communication skills to document findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams. $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
