Job Description
What You'll Do Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary QA/QC advisor during ownership and stakeholder meetings, providing expert recommendations and technical insight. Review, develop, and implement QA/QC procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with project and industry standards. Lead the development and authoring of Methods of Procedure (MOPs) to support maintenance, upgrades, and operational activities in a no-outage environment. Ensure all work is planned and executed in alignment with critical facility requirements, minimizing risk to ongoing operations. Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and facility stakeholders to verify quality standards are met throughout all phases of work. Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain system integrity and uptime. Support audits, inspections, and quality reviews as needed.What You'll Bring Qualifications:
Strong background in QA/QC processes within critical facilities (e.g., data centers, healthcare, or similar environments). Experience developing detailed MOPs and working in environments where uptime is essential. Extensive experience as an industrial electrician. Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise stakeholders and leadership. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to quality management.What You'll Get Working Conditions :
The majority of the time you will work in a typical office environment. Occasionally, you may travel to a construction job site. When on construction job sites you will encounter typical construction conditions including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud debris, welding, leading edge, trenching, and shoring, sometimes in a confined space. You may be required to visit multiple locations during any one day.Benefits Overview:

$70.29 - $95.10 •Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.• This is a non-exempt role. Compensation Range The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $70.29/Yr. - USD $95.10/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
