Quality Control Inspector CoWorx Staffing - 3.4 Bethel, CT Job Details $20 - $22 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications English High school diploma or GED Full Job Description CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring Quality Control Inspectors in Bethel, CT! We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Specialist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards throughout the production process. This role involves inspecting materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal and external specifications, while also identifying areas for process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Use measuring instruments, gauges, and other quality control tools to verify product dimensions and quality. Perform visual and functional inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies. Maintain accurate records of inspection results, including test reports, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken. Report any issues or deviations from quality standards to management and assist in the development of corrective actions. Document and track product quality trends and participate in audits as required. Monitor manufacturing processes and work closely with production teams to ensure processes are followed correctly. Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action meetings for quality-related issues.
Desired Background/Skills:
Prior experience in Quality Control required. Ability to read and interpret prints and work instructions. Must be able to read/write in English. High School Diploma or GED required.
