Job Description

Are you a detail-driven Quality professional with a passion for precision? We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team and serve as the final line of defense in our high-precision manufacturing environment. If you have 5+ years of experience, a deep understanding of GD&T, and the technical savvy to master CMM and optical systems, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. From performing critical first-article inspections to mentoring the next generation of inspectors, you ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the gold standard of quality for our CNC screw machine production. We offer a competitive 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday), giving you the perfect schedule for someone who values early starts and long weekends.
salary:
$65,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 4
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Perform comprehensive quality inspections, including First Article (FAI), in-process, and setup evaluations Utilize precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and optical comparators Interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints using knowledge of
GD&T CMM
experience a plus Manage calibration programs using GageTrak, ensuring all tools remain within certified operating standards.
