Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about driving continuous improvement in public sector healthcare? We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in East Hartford! In this role, you will conduct objective quality assessments across multiple functional areas to identify trends and ensure our services meet the highest standards for consumers. Conduct concise, objective quality reviews across various functional areas. Maintain a high quality score of 96% or higher and manage monthly challenge percentages. Update data management systems to compile, track, and analyze assessment information. Identify trends and bring forward innovative strategies for process improvement. Support various departments and perform administrative tasks to meet key business objectives.What You Bring:
Education:
College degree preferred.Experience:
Prior experience in government services, public sector healthcare, or Medicaid/CHIP is a major plus.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to type 30 WPM.Soft Skills:
strong analytical, time management, and communication skills; bi-lingual skills are preferred.
