You will leverage your technical expertise in precision measurement and compliance documentation to drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest levels of product integrity. Responsibilities Execute First Article Inspections (FAI) and maintain ownership of FAI metrics to ensure seamless production transitions. Perform detailed dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to verify conformance to blueprints. Document quality findings with precision, escalating non-conformances to facilitate rapid root cause analysis and corrective action. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and supply chain teams to optimize product flow and resolve quality bottlenecks. Support DQR customer requirements and participate in internal and external audit preparation to ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor supplier quality performance to ensure incoming materials align with established quality system requirements. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing quality or inspection. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex technical drawings and engineering specifications. Proficiency with manual inspection tools and Microsoft Office suite. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on documentation accuracy and process improvement. Preferred Skills Experience working within AS9100 or
ISO 9001
quality management systems. Technical coursework or an associate degree in a related field. Previous exposure to aerospace manufacturing standards and quality control software.
