Temperature Controlled Environment Responsibilities:
Implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance withAS9100/ISO9001.
Ability to program CMM machines with opendmis and pcdmis. Work closely with machinists and engineers to identify and resolve quality issues. Perform first article inspections (FAI) as per AS9102 standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and reduce defects. Provide feedback to the production team to improve manufacturing processes and product quality Adhere to safety regulations and company policies. Ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards. Verify dimensions and surface finishes of aerospace and medical machined parts against engineering drawings and specifications. Record inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records. Prepare inspection reports and non-conformance reports (NCR) when deviations are found. Ensure traceability of parts and materials through proper documentation. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), optical comparators etc.The Location:
