Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Shift:
2nd Shift Position Overview We are seeking experienced Quality Inspectors and CMM Operators with a strong manufacturing quality background and hands-on experience operating CMM equipment. Candidates should be comfortable performing detailed inspections, reading technical prints, measuring tolerances, and supporting production quality activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training will be provided on company-specific systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform quality inspections on manufactured components Operate CMM equipment and inspection tools Measure part tolerances and document inspection results Read and interpret technical prints and engineering drawings Support calibration procedures and inspection activities Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Maintain accurate quality documentation and records Support NCRs, corrective actions, and containment activities Follow quality standards and manufacturing procedures Maintain clean and organized work areas Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 3-5 years of manufacturing quality inspection experience preferred Strong experience operating CMM equipment Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment Knowledge of calibration and inspection procedures ISO9001 or
IATF16949
