This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong electrical background who enjoys troubleshooting, testing, and continuously learning in a collaborative production environment. What You'll Do Perform electrical and electronic testing on control panels, circuits, relays, switches, and related components. Conduct diagnostic, operational, voltage, insulation, and performance testing. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, line drawings, and engineering documentation. Troubleshoot issues, make adjustments, and ensure products meet quality standards. Work closely with assembly, quality, and engineering teams to support production. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED. Electrical, electronics, or electrical assembly experience. Ability to read electrical schematics, line diagrams, and engineering documents. Strong understanding of electrical safety principles. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn. Technical school training, electronics coursework, or related certifications are a plus. Additional Requirements Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and meet all applicable requirements for access to export-controlled information and regulated programs.
