Quality Control Inspector (QC Inspector)

1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift Quality Control Inspectors Needed ASAP Must be detail oriented and prior experience a plus. An inspector is responsible for visually reviewing parts for defects, verifying counts, matching up parts with paperwork and other clerical tasks associated with parts inspection. Full Time positions available on our 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. 1st shift hours (7:00am-3:30pm) 2nd shift hours (2:30pm-11:00pm) 3rd shift hours (10:30pm-7:00am) Please forward letter of interest with experience or resume.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs visual, adhesion, thickness, dimensional, solderability, and bake testing where appropriate and performs new testing as required. Records results on lot tickets or inspection reports as appropriate. Regularly communicates results with production personnel and other quality personnel as needed. In addition to normal Q.C. Inspector requirements, you will also train new employees and re-train current employees in all required areas. This position also requires controlling of records and sample storage areas associated with the Q.C. Dept. This will require a log book maintained to ensure that pulled records are accounted for and returned in a timely manner. The position will require audits to be performed on records, and shipping as related to quality issues only and within the Q.C. Dept.
