Safety shoes, safety glasses, and safety vest. Job Summary We are seeking detail-oriented and energetic Quality Inspectors to join our team on the, shift, earning $19.00 per hour. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet strict quality standards through precise inspection and measurement techniques. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will help maintain the integrity of our manufacturing processes and uphold regulatory compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment where quality is at the forefront of everything we do. Responsibilities Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, height gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). Verify that products conform to engineering drawings, blueprints, and quality standards including
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, GMP, and FDA regulations. Perform quality audits and document findings accurately within quality management systems like Calypso or other data collection platforms. Utilize vision inspection systems to identify defects or deviations from specifications with high accuracy. Interpret manufacturing documents, including mechanical blueprints and production records, to ensure compliance with quality control procedures. Assist in calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments to guarantee measurement precision. Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing inspection data and participating in root cause analysis for quality issues. Requirements Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment, with familiarity in
GMP, ISO
standards, and FDA regulations preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and production documentation. Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as micrometers, height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), and vision inspection systems. Knowledge of quality systems including
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, HACCP, CGMP, and related regulatory/legal compliance standards. Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail for dimensional measurements and defect identification. Basic math skills necessary for measurement calculations and data analysis. Ability to operate precision measurement tools safely and accurately while adhering to safety protocols. Mechanical aptitude combined with strong organizational skills to support quality assurance processes effectively.
