Prepare and serve a variety of baked goods and ice cream treats. Assist customers with menu selections and provide excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and kitchen areas. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food quality and safety. Participate in special events and promotions to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a bakery or ice cream shop is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Food handling certification is a plus. Passion for desserts and customer service.
