Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems Perform quality audits to verify adherence to
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant quality management systems Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and reporting Identify deviations from specifications and initiate non-conformance reports (NCRs) to facilitate corrective actions Support manufacturing teams by providing guidance on quality control procedures and best practices Requirements Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection within a manufacturing environment Familiarity with calibration and use of precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) Ability to perform detailed analysis skills to identify root causes of quality issues Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for data collection and record keeping Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams on quality improvement initiatives Join us in ensuring the highest standards of product excellence!
