You will leverage your bilingual communication skills to ensure that all production processes strictly adhere to cGMP standards, directly impacting the safety and regulatory compliance of our finished goods. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of in-process materials and production lines to verify adherence to internal SOPs and FDA/DEA regulations. Maintain rigorous oversight of manufacturing areas, ensuring that all operations meet cGMP requirements and safety protocols. Execute precise sampling and testing procedures, distributing materials to relevant departments for further analysis. Validate production rooms and equipment readiness prior to the commencement of manufacturing or R D activities. Document all quality activities with high attention to detail, ensuring full compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Proactively identify and report any deviations or quality failures to management to facilitate timely corrective actions. Manage the disposition status of components and issue QA Alerts when materials do not meet established quality benchmarks. Qualifications Required Skills Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in a quality-focused role. 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing setting. Fluency in both English and Spanish to facilitate effective communication across production teams. Solid understanding of cGMP regulations and FDA compliance guidelines. Proficiency in basic computer applications and mathematical calculations. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and wear necessary PPE, including respirators and safety goggles. Preferred Skills Prior experience working in a warehouse environment. Hands-on experience operating manual or electric pallet jacks. Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.
