Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Quality Inspector to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet strict quality standards by performing comprehensive inspections and audits throughout the manufacturing process. Your proactive approach will help maintain our reputation for precision and reliability, supporting continuous improvement and compliance with industry regulations. Duties Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product dimensions and specifications. Utilize advanced quality systems including
ISO 9001 & A9100
to ensure compliance across all manufacturing processes. Knowledge of First Article Inspection requirements per AS9102 Adherence to FDA regulations, HACCP protocols, and other relevant standards. Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to assess complex component geometries with high accuracy. Collect data systematically during inspections to support root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve non-conformances swiftly and effectively. Maintain detailed records of inspection results, calibration logs for precision instruments, and audit reports. Requirements Proven experience in quality control or inspection within manufacturing environments, preferably in aerospace. Strong knowledge of quality standards including
ISO 9001 & A9100.
Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. Familiarity with quality audits, data collection methods, and root cause analysis techniques. Ability to work independently with keen attention to detail while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
