Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to utilize precision measuring instruments effectively. The Quality Control Inspector will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with industry standards such as
ISO 9001.
Responsibilities Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Utilize precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines to assess product specifications. Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related documentation. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Qualifications Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with quality management principles, including
ISO 9001.
Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of QA/QC processes and best practices is a plus.
