We are looking for dependable Quality Inspectors / Assemblers to join a growing production team supporting the solar energy industry. This is a fast‑moving operation, and we need candidates who can start right away . Job Responsibilities Perform visual inspections on solar panels and components Complete light repairs as needed Work accurately and efficiently in a high‑volume environment Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers) Follow all safety guidelines and quality standards Requirements Previous quality inspection or manufacturing/assembly experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects quickly Comfortable using basic measurement tools Reliable, safety‑minded, and able to work 12‑hour shifts Must be able to start within the same week

Shifts Available Day Shift:

6:00 AM

PM Night Shift:

6:00 PM

• 6:00 AM Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Largo, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00
• $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
