Enhance Lives Job Summary:
The Quality Technician will be responsible to conduct routine quality inspection throughout the production or manufacturing process, including incoming, in-process and final inspection. The Quality Technician will ensure that all products conform to specification, standards, regulations, and/or company written procedures.
Main Activities/Responsibilities:
Perform inspection (First Article, In-process) of components or products according to quality, engineering, and safety standards. Prepare and maintain test/inspection data for review and/or reporting Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations/non-conformance from existing standards Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency Ensure compliance to regulatory and international standards, as well as company policy and standards Other duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice
Competencies:
Must be self-motivated, have excellent organizational skills, time management skills and technical background. Working knowledge of domestic and international medical device regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO13485). Demonstrate ability to analyze and interpret engineering drawing and/or information Demonstrate ability to frequently sit, stand, bend, or walk an entire shift. Demonstrate ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects. Experience with inspection/test equipment (Micrometer, Caliper, etc.) Experience with computer and software application (Microsoft, Minitab, etc.) Perform work in a combination of manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments. Work in environment exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes and oils.

Education and Experience:
