We're hiring for a 3-6-month contract, part-time, 2 days a week on first shift, Quality PCBA Inspector position in Melborne, FL . Key Responsibilities You will be conducting visual PCBA inspections and paperwork verification at our client's supplier(s) Ensure PCBA products meet quality and specification standards, verifying proper component placement, solder joints, and other assembly specifications Inspect soldering, component orientation, and component placement for accuracy, as per design and

standards Confirm shipping documentation is legible and accurate (part number, serial number, etc.) Check documentation packages to industry standards and classify defects Interpret PCBA manufacturing drawings, circuit board layouts, and identify non-conformances Periodically verify accuracy and ensure productivity to meet production schedules Maintain equipment and keep the work area organized and compliant with safety regulations Required Qualifications Knowledge of PCBA assembly methods and processes Familiarity with
IPC-A-610
standards Minimum 3 years of experience as a PCBA Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing or related fields Ability to read PCB assembly schematics, and circuit diagrams, and identify electronic components Proficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC) Strong organizational, communication, and software adaptation skills Preferred Qualifications Certified or previously certified in
IPC-A-610
Diploma or GED from an accredited high school or technical school; college degree in engineering Knowledge of electronic contract manufacturing and LEAN manufacturing practices 5 years of experience, with 2 years as a PCBA Inspector .78 cents per mile
