The FAIR Inspector is responsible for completing First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) to AS9102 requirements using DISCUS / NetInspect software. The FAIR Inspector works directly with Customers to resolve issues and obtain FAIR approvals. You will also perform inspections on complex, close tolerance machined parts and sub-assemblies with critical internal and external dimensions using all forms of conventional inspection equipment including CMM, micrometers, calipers, bore gages, optical comparator, height gages, ring gages, pin gages, etc. You will complete Government Product Lot Testing (PLT), Government First Article Testing (FAT) and FAA Conformity Testing reports. This position reports to the Quality Manager and is part of the Quality Assurance team located onsite in New Port Richey, FL. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and overtime is routine. This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Review materials and process certifications identified on the Drawing, Purchase Order, and Customer Flow Down specifications and verify parts meet all requirements. Obtain access to Customer Portals to review specifications or upload documentation into their required FAIR portals. Work with Engineering, Design, and Operations to obtain all information required to complete the First Article Inspection Report. Perform final dimensional and visual inspections for all three Value Streams (Air, Hydraulics, Elements); in-process and final inspections to assure compliance with drawings, documentation and customer requirements. The essential requirements of the job include: High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED) and ten (10) years of inspection experience in an Aerospace, Military, or Machining Manufacturing

environment working with Customer Flow Downs requirements Experience with completing AS-9102 First Article inspections using DISCUS software and proficient computer skills to access production information using Microsoft Office, SAP and / or in an ERP system. Work overtime and flexible hours to meet deliverable deadlines.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Requires Ishihara's Test for Color Deficiency, and Jaeger Level 1 eye examinations per PACS-PQ-0029 and must have a minimum of a 20/25 vision (with correction) Required to lift a minimum of 35 pounds.
Lifting requirement:
Daily . Hand dexterity. Bending, lifting, sitting, standing and twisting for long periods of time.
Travel:
