Lead Testing Technician

Field Testing Supervisor Onsite A construction services firm is seeking a Field Testing Supervisor to lead quality assurance activities on a large-scale infrastructure project. This role combines hands-on materials testing with team leadership, client interaction, and day-to-day field coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise field technicians and oversee daily testing operations Perform testing of concrete, soil, aggregate, and asphalt materials in accordance with project requirements Review field data, reports, and documentation for accuracy and completeness Serve as the primary on-site liaison for project stakeholders and internal teams Coordinate work assignments, safety compliance, and personnel scheduling Communicate project updates, testing results, and field concerns to management Interpret construction plans and specifications to support inspection activities Maintain testing equipment and ensure adherence to established procedures

Qualifications:

Background in construction materials testing or quality control Experience leading field personnel and coordinating project activities Valid driver's license and ability to meet site access requirements Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills ACI Concrete Field Testing certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire) preferred If interested, please email an updated resume to nf@libertyjobs.com.
