Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspection Specialist to join our Property Management team. This field-based position requires daily visits to residential properties to conduct inspections, oversee turnovers, manage inventories, and support occasional showings. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and customer-focused, ensuring that all properties meet company standards and are always ready for tenants, owners, and investors. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular property inspections and document findings.
Oversee property turnovers:
move-ins, move-outs, key exchanges, and deliveries. Prepare and maintain accurate inventories of properties. Support property showings when needed. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized services. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures. Provide timely updates and reports to the management team. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or field-based service roles. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills to interact with owners, tenants, and vendors. Comfortable using basic technology tools for reporting and documentation. Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided). Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus. Compensation & Benefits Starting at $18/hr (depending on experience). Full-time, Monday-Friday (9am-6pm, 1-hour lunch). Company vehicle provided for all field visits. Opportunities for growth in a fast-growing company. Supportive and dynamic team environment.
