We are seeking a Quality Inspector to support the inspection of aerospace assemblies and detail parts, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in aerospace quality and manufacturing while working in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Inspect assemblies and detail parts for compliance with applicable drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements Document discrepancies in accordance with established procedures Work from engineering drawings, blueprints, quality procedures and instructions, manufacturing specifications and procedures, operation and work sheets, electronic data, and verbal instructions Utilize precision measuring instruments to perform assigned quality inspection tasks Maintain required documentation and inspection records Monitor and support adherence to all safety procedures, department practices, and company directives Collaborate effectively with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 0-1 year of inspection experience in the manufacturing of aerospace components and assemblies required Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all disciplines Working knowledge of Boeing specifications and blueprints preferred Working knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) preferred Ability to understand shop mathematics and interpret engineering drawings, manufacturing specifications, and inspection procedures Experience using inspection tools including scales, thickness gauges, micrometers, calipers, go/no-go gauges, dial indicators, split ball gauges Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently Strong organizational skills & excellent attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Must be willing to work any shift during training and after completion Must be a U.S. Person as defined under U.S. export control regulations.
