•Must have the following in order to apply: Bachelor's degree Three (3) years of experience
Skills:
Background in metrology, dimensional inspection, or precision manufacturing Proficiency in interpreting GD&T and engineering drawings Experience with CMMs and advanced measurement equipment Knowledge of calibration practices, MSA, and Gauge R&R Analytical and problem-solving abilities Comfortable serving as a technical resource and supporting less-experienced team members

Employer will discuss. We are seeking an experienced Metrologist to join a precision manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity for a hands-on metrology professional with dimensional inspection and measurement experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee metrology and calibration activities, ensuring equipment is properly maintained, controlled, and traceable Provide expertise in dimensional inspection and the use of precision measurement equipment Establish appropriate measurement approaches for complex components and assemblies Utilize CMMs, 3D scanning, portable measurement systems, and other advanced inspection technologies Assist with MSA, Gauge R&R, measurement validation, and correlation activities Investigate inspection discrepancies, quality concerns, and measurement-related issues Develop inspection procedures, measurement standards, and technical documentation Provide guidance and training on GD&T, drawings, gaging, and proper measurement techniques Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to improve inspection processes and product quality Identify opportunities to improve measurement efficiency, reduce errors, and strengthen overall quality performance
