Job Description

Quality Technician Position:
Full Time Quality Technician Shift:
9/80 (7am-4:30pm Mon-Thu / 7am-330pm Fri) Every other Fri off
Essential Functions:
The Quality Technician is responsible for performing the daily quality control responsibilities of specific projects to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established standards. The technician troubleshoots and verifies new products performs properly, safely, and meets all contractual specifications.
Responsibilities:
Inspection of electrical, mechanical, packaging and documentation review. Perform various inspecting functions using scales, calipers, micrometers and other various instruments. Learn customer requirements, shop standards and internal procedures through training and study. Experience Inspecting solder workmanship
IAW ANSI-J-STD-001
preferred Experience Inspecting fabrication workmanship
IAW IPC-WHMA-620
preferred Experience writing First Article Inspection Reports
IAW AS9102
preferred
Requirements:
3 years exp in related position HS diploma Proficient computer skills required, Word, Excel and Microsoft office Demonstration of organizational, communication and writing skills required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively for quality improvement initiatives Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout all processes.
