Duties & Responsibilities Execute Tests:

Run functional, stress, and reliability tests on physical hardware components.

Troubleshoot Defects:

Identify hardware faults, perform root cause analysis, and document failures.

Update & Program:

Ability to update and program parts as needed.

Use Lab Equipment:

Operate specialized tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and environmental chambers.

Document Results:

Write clear test reports and maintain records of test plans and metrics. Sk ill s &

Attributes Technical Knowledge:

Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.

Tool Proficiency:

Experience with lab hardware and basic scripting or automation tools

Analytical Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex electronic or mechanical issues. Team-oriented personality. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision. Ability to work effectively during periods of high activity and with varying personality styles and tasks.
