09/07/2026 Job Description Job Description PrideStaff is recruiting experienced and detail-oriented Quality Inspectors and Assemblers to join the team at a leading industrial and aerospace products manufacturing facility. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming products and outgoing finished parts meet rigorous quality and safety standards, especially for the high-stakes aviation product line. Key Responsibilities Perform receiving inspection of incoming products and conduct final inspection on finished parts prior to shipment. Read and accurately interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to understand critical quality expectations and specifications. Select appropriate inspection samples and perform precise measurements using various gauges, including calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and dial gauges . Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) devices to perform complex and highly accurate dimensional inspections. Test product functionality, including running specialized electrical test equipment (such as installation resistance testers) per work instructions. Understand critical product requirements and their applications, with an emphasis on aviation and aerospace standards . Monitor equipment usage to ensure safety and maintenance compliance; report any equipment that fails to meet requirements. Collaborate with production and engineering teams during in-process inspections and communicate the status of jobs. Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports to the Quality Manager. Qualifications and Requirements /Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a relevant quality assurance role. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to a results-driven mindset. Familiarity with mechanical gauges and CMM machines/systems. Knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies. High School Degree or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications (A Plus): Familiarity with Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) Inspector's Scale . Working experience in anISO 9001
certified environment . Some college coursework or technical training. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience. Full-time, stable employment.
