Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector - Water Activity to support quality operations and ensure all products meet internal and regulatory standards prior to release. This role is responsible for conducting inspections, performing testing, monitoring production processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting compliance initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Collect product samples for testing and validation as required Perform water activity testing in accordance with standard operating procedures Conduct start-up, in-process, and final product inspections Maintain accurate and complete quality control documentation Support manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to quality standards Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Review and audit cGMP documentation, including manufacturing, laboratory, and facility records Participate in internal audits to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities Assist with root cause analysis for non-conformance issues Support implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans Train and guide employees on quality procedures and compliance standards Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) Prior experience in quality assurance within food manufacturing preferred Familiarity with GMP and FDA regulations Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and efficiency Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed #pro123
