Full Job Description Bio QC Technician Pay Rate:
$22$29/hour
Position Summary:
The Bio QC Technician performs bioanalytical testing on raw materials, in-process materials, release samples, and stability samples. Testing may include immunological, microbiological, molecular biological, virological, and in vivo methods. The technician will perform assays according to validated procedures while maintaining compliance with GMP, 9 CFR, EU, and VICH regulatory guidelines. This position requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, timely communication, and a commitment to laboratory safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
Perform Bio QC testing on raw materials, in-process, release, and stability samples. Conduct testing using applicable bioanalytical methods, including: Immunological Microbiological Molecular biological Virological In vivo methods Initiate, execute, and complete assays according to validated procedures. Follow GMP documentation and quality/compliance requirements. Maintain accurate and complete laboratory records. Communicate testing, compliance, scheduling, or other issues to supervisors in a timely manner. Follow applicable 9 CFR, EU, and VICH regulatory guidelines. Maintain a safe laboratory environment and follow site safety requirements and KPIs. Follow company policies and procedures. Support a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
Aseptic technique Microbiological testing experience Laboratory experience Strong attention to detail Ability to follow validated procedures and GMP documentation practices
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a GMP-regulated environment Experience with Bio QC or pharmaceutical/biological testing Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality systems Experience performing laboratory assays independently
