Quality Lead (2nd shift) Your tasks Lead day-to-day quality operations, including inspection, testing, and auditing processes. Develop and implement quality control procedures. Facilitate internal and external audits and follow through on audit findings. Train and mentor team members on quality procedures, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams Production and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen. Prepare and present quality reports for management and stakeholders. Prepare work instructions when needed. Willing to learn and adapt to changes and other duties as required. Your profile High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3 years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. 1+ years of leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols.
