Job Description

We are actively sourcing for a detail-oriented, technical Quality Technician to join a premier, global manufacturing leader in Carrollton, GA for an immediate 6-month contract assignment. This role serves as a critical support mechanism for day-to-day manufacturing quality operations. You will take ownership of meticulous document control workflows, oversee the instrumentation calibration program, and assist with structured root-cause investigations to ensure full compliance with established industrial standards.

  • Support the maintenance and management of documents through their full lifecycle
  • Route documents to appropriate personnel for review and approval
  • Coordinate with Quality, Training, and SMEs to finalize documents before issuing
  • Support the management of the calibration program for all measuring and test equipment used in quality and production
  • Ensure all equipment is calibrated or verified at defined intervals to maintain accuracy and reliability
  • Utilize calibration systems to track calibration status and maintain records and certificates
  • Monitor calibration performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Perform in-house calibration and verification of measuring and test equipment
  • Support in investigations of supplier-related quality issues
