  • Full-time About the Role As a Quality Assurance Specialist in metal fabrication, you will serve as a critical guardian of production excellence, ensuring that every component meets rigorous engineering standards.
You will leverage your technical expertise in measurement and inspection to drive continuous improvement and guarantee that our finished products exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive first article, in-process, and final inspections to validate product integrity. Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise manufacturing execution. Utilize precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to verify dimensional accuracy. Document inspection findings and maintain detailed quality records to support traceability. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Contribute to the preparation of PPAP and FAI documentation to meet client specifications. Identify and champion process improvements that enhance overall manufacturing efficiency and output quality. Required Skills Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints. Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools and inspection techniques. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration. Basic computer literacy for data entry and quality reporting. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a metal fabrication or welding environment. Familiarity with
ISO 9001
quality management systems. Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards. Experience managing PPAP documentation and customer quality requirements.
