Job Description

LioChem Inc., located in Conyers, GA, is a leading manufacturer specializing in plastic colorants (primarily for automotive applications), gravure inks for decorative laminates, and functional dispersions for the automotive industry. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Systems Manager to join our Administration team. This role is critical in ensuring that our quality and environmental management systems meet both regulatory standards and customer requirements. The Quality Systems Manager will play a key role in maintaining our ISO9001, ISO14001, and
IATF16949
certifications, driving continuous improvement, and supporting our commitment to excellence in manufacturing. Responsibilities Coordinate, implement, improve, audit, and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) to maintain certifications and meet customer requirements. Ensure operational processes are effectively implemented to fulfill customer and regulatory requirements. Present and coordinate presentations on the status of quality management systems to top management and customers. Train employees on QMS and EMS requirements, as well as customer-specific and other relevant standards; implement training systems for other managers. Manage customer feedback and interactions related to QMS, EMS, and corporate social responsibility systems. Lead hands-on efforts to implement and maintain improvements, corrective actions, and preventive measures. Support external certification, surveillance, and customer audits. Perform other duties as needed to support the business and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards. Qualifications 5+ years of quality management or quality systems experience in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience maintaining and improving an IATF 16949 and
ISO 9001
certified Quality Management System. Working knowledge of
ISO 14001
Environmental Management Systems.
ISO 9001
Lead Auditor training from an internationally recognized training provider. Demonstrated experience planning, leading, conducting, reporting, and closing management-system audits. Experience supporting external certification, surveillance, and customer audits. Strong corrective-action and root-cause analysis skills. Experience with automotive customer-specific requirements and applicable automotive core tools. Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
Offered compensation:
