Job Description

Job Summary:
A Quality Control Technician at Endeavor3D will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality standards across our plastics production processes. This position is responsible for inspecting production products during in process and final inspection points. This position ill also be required to perform basic dimensional inspections using various hand tools and have a base understanding to GD&T and good measurement practices. As well as participate in Endeavor3D's goal of continuous improvement. As a Key Employee you will maintain regular and punctual attendance. You will receive specialized training, learn about, and contribute to Confidential Information and contribute to the Company's establishing of substantial goodwill and competitive advantage. This non-public information will include without limitation information relating to manufacturing processes, proprietary techniques, customers, prospects, contacts, supply chain members, sources, processing, post processing, equipment, product specifications, formulations, know-how, strategies, trade secrets, production data, problems, raw materials, quality control procedures, existing and proposed products, prototypes, developmental or experimental work, designs, automation methods, software, layouts, controls, costs, margins, inventories, supplier arrangements, discoveries, research, inventions, workforce, employee handbooks, manuals, training materials, non-disclosure and contractual agreements.
Responsibilities:
Perform in process and final product inspections. Perform basic dimensional inspections. Perform incoming inspection of raw materials (powders, agents, dyes, etc.) and maintain material traceability. Support first article inspections (FAI) and maintain production approval records. Support PFMEA and reverse PFMEA reviews by providing inspection data and lessons learned. Recommend improvements to inspection methods, fixtures, and measurement systems for increased accuracy and repeatability. Assist in internal audits, customer audits, and compliance with ITAR and
ISO 9001
2015 requirements. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action teams Ensure all measuring equipment is properly calibrated and maintained Follow safety protocols in the additive manufacturing environment, including PPE and handling of powders/chemicals. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant inspection area. Assist in nonconformance investigations and corrective actions. Assist nonconforming part dispositions with the Quality Control team. Maintain detailed records of daily Quality Control activities and inspection reports. Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing product quality, process efficiency, and overall operational excellence within the Plastics department and across the organization. Collaborate with the research and development team to support ongoing projects related to process improvement, material development, and technology innovation.
Preferred:
1 years experience as a Quality Control/Assurance technician 1 Year experience in a laboratory setting

2015 experience
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of advanced mathematical concepts. High-level of visual awareness. Advanced organizational skills. Experience drafting reports and collating data. Knowledge and experience with computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to work alone with minimal supervision. Ability to analyze and interpret technical information including engineering drawings (GD&T). U.S persons only (ITAR).
Physical Requirements:
The employee is required to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift 40 pounds frequently Stoop/bend/kneel/crouch/balance on an occasional basis Work environment: In-plant only - no remote
