Quality Liaison

Based in the Alabama and Georgia region, our client is a company that provides services and products in the auto-manufacturing industry. We are seeking a Quality Liaison to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. As a Quality Liaison, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products and processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough inspections of incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify and address any quality issues Collaborating with production teams to implement quality control measures and optimize workflows Maintaining detailed records of quality data and generating reports for management Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices Coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to management To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Experience in quality control, production, or a related field Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16 and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
