Job DescriptionPerform product and component releases, including batch record reviewConduct sampling, testing, inspections, and visual checks of components and finished goodsIdentify, document, and ensure proper containment of deviations and non‑conformancesSupport quality investigations, non‑conformance reporting, and corrective actionsEnsure complete, accurate, and timely quality documentationCreate, maintain, and update quality documentation such as SOPs and work instructionsActively participate in audits, production walk‑throughs, and safety and quality initiativesAnalyze and interpret quality‑related data and contribute to continuous improvement activitiesOther duties may be assigned by the Quality ManagementQualificationsHigh school graduate and technical training / apprenticeship in a laboratory, life science or a related fieldSeveral years of work experience in a regulated and industrial work environmentExperience in a quality related role and first experience leading / mentoring teamsKnowledge of ISO standards in the medical device and pharma related field and how to apply them for system complianceTechnical aptitude to understand and operate / execute test method's and laboratory test equipmentProficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and database softwareEffective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiencesAdditional Informationmedmix is an equal opportunity employer committed to the strength of a diverse workforce.93% of our employees would go the extra mile to achieve results: do you have the drive to succeed?
