Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coating QC / Inspector to join our coating team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all coating processes meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your keen eye for detail, combined with your knowledge of quality systems and inspection tools, will help maintain the integrity and excellence of our products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality coating operations while working with advanced measurement instruments and quality management systems. Responsibilities Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections of coated products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection Perform quality audits in accordance with relevant standards to ensure compliance throughout the coating process. Collect and analyze data related to coating quality, documenting findings meticulously for traceability and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in regular quality assurance reviews, inspections, and process validations to uphold high standards of quality control and assurance. Skills Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection system. Experience with data collection tools and analysis techniques to evaluate coating consistency and defect rates. Knowledge of the processes related to coatings, surface treatments, or similar production environments. Ability to perform comprehensive quality audits and identify areas for process improvement.
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
