Climate Control America (DCCA) - Metter, GA is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to ensure products and processes meet established quality, safety, and reliability standards. This role is responsible for developing testing protocols, conducting audits, identifying defects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to maintain compliance and enhance overall product quality. Quality Specialist Develops and implements quality control procedures and processes. Conducts audits and inspections. Analyzes data and provides solutions to improve quality and efficiency. Ensures consistent product and service quality according to company standards. Reviews process, identifies areas for improvement, and implements changes Work with a team to ensure our final products meet the company standards across the board. Provides online training and feedback to other team members and production employees. Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role. Working knowledge of tools, methods, concepts of quality assurance. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent data collection and analysis skills. Strong attention to detail. Works cooperatively with others.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that the standards and safety regulations are observed. Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with management and/or assigned superiors. Document quality assurance and activities and create audit reports. Make recommendations for improvement. Create training materials and operating manuals. High school diploma with at least three years of experience in a Quality Control position.
