Quality Control Associate General Responsibilities:

Manage, inspect, and calibrate measuring and testing equipment On-site Quality Control Implement 3J (3-Jeong) and 5S activities Establish and execute autonomous maintenance plans Conduct quality control for initial samples of outsourced (purchased) and imported materials Prepare inspection schedules, inspection guidelines, and checklists Record, analyze, evaluate, and maintain inspection results Manage, inspect, and calibrate monitoring and measuring devices Prepare test schedules, test procedures, test reports, and checklists•

Production Management Associate Role Description:

1. Equipment Maintenance Management & Production Site Management Establish equipment maintenance plans 2. Automated Production Line Operation & Management Operate automated machining/assembly lines as an operator Manage on-site line components (material receiving and product shipping) Perform model changeovers and JIG replacements 3. Production Site Management Manage mass production performance and output Conduct self-inspections and oversee in-process quality control Perform daily, periodic, and preventive inspections Manage equipment records (equipment ledger) Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions Drive equipment improvement initiatives Manage utilities (e.g., compressors, MSB, etc.) and oversee maintenance Monitor and manage equipment utilization (uptime)
