Current Openings:
3AM Baker (PT/FT) Pastry Production (PT/FT) Bread Production Confections/Cake Decorating $15-18 starting, based on experience AND Tip Pool• The ideal candidate will: have a passion for food and baked goods, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety, and most importantly, will be a committed to delivering high-quality products. You will work as a team and independently under the direction of a manager, ensuring products are completed efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Depending on the position, some responsibilities may include: Follow established recipes, guidelines, and standards. Set up and stock your assigned station with all necessary supplies, including proper storage of food items. Communicate and assist with inventory. Maintain cleanliness and comply with all food safety guidelines. Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff Skills Have a great work attitude. Ability to work effectively as a team and autonomously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations preferred. Previous experience in baking, pastry arts, or food preparation is preferred. General restaurant or commercial kitchen experience preferred, may be required for some positions.
Examples:
Kitchen Equipment (rack/deck ovens, egg sprayer, mixers, etc.); Cooking Methods (baking, frying, sautéing, etc.); and Food Preparation Techniques (chopping, creaming, batch mixing, etc.) Full Time employees may be included in the company tip pool after successfully completing their training period. Full time employees may be eligible for health benefits after 90 days, as well as other benefits including, but not limited to employee discounts, PTO, 401k as defined in the company policy.
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
