Education Requirements High school diploma or GED Two-year degree in a technical field Experience Requirements Six months of Quality Control experience (preferred) Excellent mechanical abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel The ability to develop test schedules and track results Strong communication skills Job Duties Perform testing on received and manufactured components Perform calibration of lab equipment Perform DV, PV and IP test based on yearly plan Complete daily status reports Support incoming tests Repair or schedule repair of lab equipment Assist other inspectors as necessary Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift. Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required. Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy. Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
