As a Machine Operator, you will inspect and operate production equipment, perform quality inspections, and ensure products are manufactured according to established work instructions and quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED Basic reading, writing, and math skills Successful completion of the training program 1-3 years of machine operating experience Ability to pass a drug screening Ability to lift up to 25 pounds What You'll Do as a

Machine Operator:

Inspect machines and make necessary adjustments before and during operation Set the machine counter at the beginning of each shift Operate machines according to established work instructions Verify the correct raw materials, packaging, and identification numbers are being used, including lot numbers, operator numbers, and UDI labels when applicable Perform line clearance procedures according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Conduct in-process visual inspections, measurements, physical counts, and manual inspections of finished products to identify defects Accurately document inspection results Notify the Material Handler when material changes are needed Verify the correct material is loaded after each roll change Report product defects and machine maintenance needs to the Maintenance team or Supervisor Perform additional duties as assigned MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
