OVERVIEW

Ensure that the manufactured product meets all requirements Monitor completed documents from production, suppliers, and raw materials to ensure completeness Use tools and equipment specified in QMS System and conduct tests, analyzing measurements of material and products and decide their conformity / non-conformity

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

Major Responsibilities Compile electronic documents for 3.1 certificates Ensure the quality standards established by the QMS are upheld Inspecting and testing the material and products manufactured by the company Identification and handling of non-conforming products Monitor and ensure quality control measurement tools and equipment are in good condition Recommend replacement for control measurement tools or suggest investment in new equipment Maintain and file records of testing, other forms, and information in accordance with the QMS Perform test lab orders Other Quality duties related to cross training

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Education Minimum:

High school diploma

Preferably:

technical degree Experience Very experienced with data manipulation in Excel Two (2) years experience in quality in a manufacturing company Skills & responsibilities Knowledge and comprehension of quality standards A keen eye for detail and result driven approach Experienced in handling quality measurement tools and equipment This position is important to the overall effective operations of the organization and contributes to the overall achievement of the organization's established quality objectives.
